The Academic Program

IRADA believes that one of the most important elements of the development of society is the educational and cultural advancement of the human being. That’s why we are keen on implementing a number of programs that would help provide students with the necessary academic guidance for them to be able to overcome the obstacles and facilitate their admission to suitable universities.

The Employment Program

IRADA strives to help secure jobs for young people by filling the vacancies at the companies owned by the Coalition’s members, where possible. This is followed by posting the vacancies on IRADA’s website, targeting a wider audience.

IRADA also contributes to the provision of recruitment and training services to the members’ companies, especially those who have no Human Resources (HR) department.
