Taallam Program
Taallam Program
Empowering
Lebanon’s Promising Youth Through Educational Support
Launched
in 2021 by IRADA, the Taallam Program is a nationwide initiative
designed to safeguard the educational journey of Lebanon’s most vulnerable yet
high-achieving secondary students (Grades 10, 11, and 12). At its core, Taallam
responds to Lebanon’s socio-economic crisis by targeting students at risk of
dropping out due to financial hardship—ensuring that economic challenges do not
interrupt academic excellence and future aspirations.
Mission
Taallam’s
mission is to promote educational continuity and secure successful
graduation outcomes for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. By easing the
financial burden on families and offering direct educational support, the
program strengthens the fabric of Lebanon’s future generation and helps
students complete their secondary education with dignity and determination.
