Launched by IRADA in 2018, Khoubourat is a leading workforce development and employment facilitation platform in Lebanon, dedicated to addressing the unemployment crisis and enhancing job opportunities. The program serves as a bridge between job seekers and employers, providing free HR services, career guidance, employability skills training, and job placement.

Khoubourat focuses on empowering youth, women, and persons with disabilities by equipping them with the skills and tools needed to succeed in the job market. Its services include:

• Job Matching and Placement through an advanced digital platform powered by Applicant Tracking System (ATS) technology, ensuring an efficient recruitment process across all career levels and sectors.

• Career Guidance including CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, interview coaching, and personalized career advice.

• Training and Workshops covering essential skills such as Quality Management, Emotional Intelligence, Public Speaking, Conflict Resolution, and Time Management.

• Support for Employers through tailored HR consultancy and recruitment services for MSMEs.

Since its inception, Khoubourat has achieved remarkable milestones: over 2,000 secured job placements, 2,750 beneficiaries of career guidance services, 5,200 trainees in employability and soft skills programs, a database of over 89,000 candidates, and more than 300 secured internships.

Khoubourat’s activities span across Lebanon, with headquarters in Beirut and branches in Tripoli and Bekaa, and soon in Saida. Strong partnerships with private sector companies, universities, and educational institutions reinforce its mission to create better career prospects and contribute to Lebanon’s economic recovery.
